Refund and Returns Policy

At Dealuxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective on arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue details

  2. Share a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product

  3. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened perfumes/colognes

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong items received

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
